Our youth training programs are small semi-private groups, and everyone has their program based on their needs. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses; with our youth training, your kids will get exactly what they need to make their weaknesses their newfound strengths.

Level One

  • Who is this for? Ages 8 – 12 years old with minimal to no gym experience
  • What do we focus on? Coordination, Overload, and Proper Technique
  • How often are we working out? Two days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays)
  • What Times are available? 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm 5:30pm
  • How Many Per Class? Classes are limited to 6 participants per hour
  • How much does it cost? $189.00 per month OR $519.00 for three months

Level Two

  • Who is this for? Ages 12-16 years old with some gym or strength training experience
  • What do we focus on? Coordination, Proper Technique, and Strength
  • How often are we working out? Three Days Per Week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • What Times are available? 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm 5:30pm
  • How Many Per Class? Classes are limited to 6 participants per hour
  • How much does it cost? $225.00 per month OR $599.00 for three months

Level Three

  • Who is this for? Ages 14-18 years old with a solid foundation of strength training
  • What do we focus on? Strength, Speed, and Power
  • How often are we working out? Three to Four Days Per week (Monday – Thursday)
  • What Times are available? 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm 5:30pm
  • How Many Per Class? Classes are limited to 6 participants per hour
  • How much does it cost? $250.00 per month OR $699.00 for three months
